A bball star can have a far greater impact than his football equivalent. And you can get the same level player with more experience as the guy you'll probably draft with the 24th-34th pick pretty easily in the FA market. So unless you feel like you know about a hidden gem you aren't going to get enough value to make up for a guy that looks like the new Garnett.

The chances Davis is even the best player out of this draft are minimal just based on numbers alone, there are a lot of guys that project as possible All Stars.
