I had some sort of groin tear or strain over 6 months ago. It sidelined me for months, and then I got lazy. I just did my 1st 5k in a year over the weekend, and realized it still is not fully healed. I can feel the mild pain if I just stand on 1 leg and don't even do anything else. Kind of bums me out.
Seen lots of testimony like this one online. But did you try to do any rehab exercises or you just took time off and rested it?
Yea man happened when I was running a 40 my sophomore year of his school... luckily it was right at the end and so I still got a good time. Like others have said I was out of commish for like a month and it was hard to walk for a few days afterward. It still doesn't feel right to this day... it's not as strong of "full" as the other.
