He was getting doubled and the game was clearly physical.

Hate to say it, but this pick up game was more physical and defensive oriented than actual NBA games including many Playoff games. It just appeared hard fought and competitive (well... from the tiny clip at least for whatever that's worth).

Surprised at how much quicker MJ looked in this pick up game vs younger more athletic players than he does in NBA games. Either the pace of the game is different, the players in the league are just far athletic than a young Magette and Battier.
