Re: OKC Is Going to Expose the Spurs
How can the Spurs be exposed? It's clear that they had minimal competition in series one and two, but I detest how Spurs fans believe this will be an easy series and Thunder fans believing it will be an easy series. This series is going to be very difficult for both teams and you can be assured that Pop won't rest his stars because he will need them. Although the Thunder beat the Mavs I will watch this series and get ready for a fantastic series.

Agree with the transition defense. It's surprising that Kenny on Inside the NBA said that Spurs should make Westbrook a driver - seems like that goes against conventional strategy - protect the paint and give them contested 2s.
Spurs defense should be okay against everyone except Durant - only a very slow SJax and rookie Leonard at that position. I guess Green will have some minutes too.
Spurs in 6.

Leonard is going to give Durant more hell than people realize. Shut him down? Of course not. Make him work for every single bucket and match his length when contesting shots? Yes.

Don't do it. The Spurs are TOO good. I'm actually scared of my Heat facing them in the Finals, but I think LeBron/Wade/Bosh will be enough.

This is going to be an amazing series to watch. Really fast paced (I can't believe I'm saying that with the Spurs involved). I'm going with the Spurs in 5. I think OKC is good enough to win one game. But be honest Thunder fans the Lakers and the Mavericks both kept the series with the Thunder close. The Spurs are way better than both of them. They share the ball well and the Thunder won't be facing Kobe trying to take over games by himself. This Spurs team is just too good.

OKC is the ONLY team left that will give the Spurs much of a problem. The Heat ****ing suck to try and do anything against the Spurs. The Heat would get swept by this Spurs team.

Match his length? Leonard is only 6'7" Isn't Durant 6'11"? NBA's leading scorer is a tough cover for anyone much less a rookie and under intense playoff pressure.

I can see the Spurs doing this to OKC:
I mean, the Lakers sucked in the playoffs this year, but they had some very close losses.

Leonard's great at contesting jumpshots though. He'll definitely make him work. Durant's got about 4-5 inches on him, but Leonard has a wingspan of about 7'3 or 7'4' iirc.

Kawhi Leonard has the largest wingspan in NBA history for a player his size or smaller. His wingspan is 7'3" and Durant despite being 4 inches taller only has a little over an inch on him there. Leonard has the length to contest Durant. Durant's biggest advantage over defenders is ability to shoot over them. Won't happen as easily with Leonard on him.

Why are you even talking? The Heat would get swept? PLEASE. With Bosh back healthy, I fully believe the Heat could beat the Spurs.

Is Bosh expected to be healthy in time for the finals?
