But you're a Durant fan. So you're used to watching superstars fall short when it matters most. You're numb to it at this point.
WHOA!
This is totally out of left field bro
Durant's been the most reliable go-to clutch scorer in the league for 5 years now
Davis isn't even close to Durant in that regard

Durant is the best player in the world.

Jeeze.
Not sure if you're talking about the Pelicans or the Clippers here. Both teams are trash. The difference is, AD is playing with scrubs (the only other half decent players on the team have missed time with injuries) while Blake is playing with what was called "the deepest team in the league" in the offseason.

Got you, Loney.
Holler at me whenever you like, and we'll roll out poor CJ together when he's acting wild.

Would've been out in the first round in 2014 (a year they were favorites to win the West) if it wasn't for a BS suspension. Tony Allen put the clamps on him. He was also mediocre against the Spurs that year, pretty much costing them the closeout game. I don't even need to bring up the 2013 Playoffs either.

This "deep" team of his, which, outside of CP3 and Smith tonight, shot 6/29 FG.
Please. Blake single handedly carried his shit team tonight to make it even somewhat competitive. Face it, it's still a race between these two. Poor Anthony's been a lowkey disappointment this year. 4 wins on the year ain't cutting it, Ceej.
Point. Blank. Period.

At the rate the Clips are going, it'll take no time for the Pels to catch them. And that's with their team being crippled to start the season. Not to mention they are nowhere near as talented as the Clips to begin with.

You're comparing a guy with a playoff resume to a guy that doesn't have one
Durant consistently wills his team late in games to W's and he's been doing it for years. ISH Smith was the one willing the Pelicans tonight let's be real... Davis basically did nothing because he needs to be spoon fed easy baskets, has no go-to moves and can't hit a J consistently
Anthony's my dude but Durant's in a different universe
BTW, Durant was 23 when he led his team to the finals. Davis is approaching that age right now. So if you wanna hold him to that standard we can do that.
And don't say OKC was stacked because they had Westbrook/Harden.... that nonsense has been debunked. The 2012 Thunder were not a great team outside of Durant

Not in the Playoffs. Westbrook was flat out better than him in the 2014 Playoffs. Especially in conference finals.
Davis has been to the Playoffs once at 22 years old with a shit team and put up 32/11 on 52%. Numbers pretty much equivalent to or better than KD's best Playoff run.

Knicks all da way
