Wade to LeBron was better because of the speed. Also, probably felt more devastating when they were clicking.

Wade to Bron from 2012-2014 was ridiculous -- the best fast-break duo I've ever seen and I don't think it's particularly close.
In the half-court, little to big is always going to be more devastating (Kobe-Shaq, Wade-Shaq, Jameer-Dwight, etc.), but Wade-Bron also had some sick lobs in the half-court like the two below.
