Ok, let me change this... the Cavs glaring need of an interior, defensive presence is the most obvious hole to fill in the entire league to meet the criteria of the OP.

There are several players to pick from, one of which is AD.

Kawhi Leonard on the Cavs.

Or maybe..

Anthony Davis on the Spurs.

You know what else you can move?

Zaza's foot... 6 inches to the left, and this thread might not even exist.

Kawhi or AD to basically any of the contenders (top 2-5 teams in the NBA) Cavs, Spurs, Rockets, OKC

The Rockets are about to become a hot mess... not that they ever had any shot with James Harden as their main guy anyways, but you'll see.

And lol @ OKC being a top 5 team in the NBA. That's not a definitive statement. MAYBE, if George and Westbrook REALLY hit it off, they get that good... MAYBE.

Well now that Harden gets the ball taken out of his hands and into Chris Paul's, he might not disappear in the biggest games. I don't see CP3 ever disappearing, he'd rather fight his own team to inspire them than go down quietly like Harden seems to do every playoffs. Plus if you add Kawhi or AD to them, Harden gets even less touches. He would have to maximize each possession and not waste them away.

Who do you think is in the top 5 if not OKC? Celtics? I don't see them even beating the Cavs (with Kawhi or AD) let alone Warriors.
