For some reason, when Tim Duncan was in college, I thought he'd be just an okay, maybe a solid pro, and nothing great.

After the 2000 Finals, I thought Austin Croshere was going to be a very good player.

Apparently I wasn't the only one as the Pacers gave him a fat contract on the strength of those finals.

I thought Steph Curry would reach his ceiling as a good, all-star level player. Not an MVP caliber player or the best PG in the NBA, let alone the best player.

I thought Austin Rivers was going to wreck the league. He could but his work ethic dropped off. He had a better jumpshot in college, and hes such a ***** now when he drives to the rim. Its funny hes quick enough to get to th basket whenever he wants hes just too afraid of getting hurt. Ed Davis fouled him hard last game and he acted like he got shot for about 5 minutes
