Re: Should the Heat part ways with Derek Spoelstra this season?
He was never a real coach. He got into the NBA because of his father who was an executive for the Portland Trail Blazers and he was always more of a tour guide. He always stresses hustle and energy because he is not a real X's and O's coach, and he never makes the proper in game adjustments, and he always justifies all the mistakes that veteran players make on the court because he thinks they have earned the right to make mistakes, and when guys like Wade and Haslem mess up something on the floor, it is always young players' faults for being late for switching coverages or something like that. He should have been fired long time ago already.

He's a good coach, there's no reason to fire him

I'm not, I just study coaching at a university, I know my shit when evaluating coaches and their defensive and offensive schemes.
In terms of putting people together, if he's even responsible for it when you have Riley on board, he's not that good, dragic and wade are a horrible pairing, and so on, but he's a really good defensive coach, I love the movement and the timing of the switches, he knows his shit.
A few trades here and there to make the players compliment each other better would make this team a legit title contender and a 60 win team.

Heat are a better team than the Hornets on paper. It's a huge upset if MJ's team eliminates them in the playoffs.

I don't get picked last at the park anymore

Lol. Look at his roster. If you think another coach is going to save this roster, you're trippin
