Can't find any info on this, all I could find was stats from 04-06 of players that draw the most and-1s and the conversion rate, players that foul and give up three-point opportunities at the rim

    http://www.82games.com/andone.htm

Lebron in 06 already made 42% of the shots he was fouled on, which is up there with the best in the league. Shaq probably dominated this statistic his the prime, as he was already the best and 2nd in % in 06, Nash was surprisingly the best, though he did not get that many opportunities (min 50, Nash had exactly 50 in 06).

Prime Nash with Prime Shaq/Kobe/LeBron would've been ****ing amazing. Pure fun.

nash and kobe did play together. Supposed to be stacked, but Kobe couldn't pull through.

If I recall correctly, Nash missed over 30 games that season and could hardly stay on the floor. Broke his foot the 2nd game of the season. But it's Kobe who didn't pull through . And comparing 06 Nash to 13 Nash
