Depends on how you define an NBA scrub. Laettner was actually pretty solid NB player for awhile. He averaged 17-8-3 his first six seasons in the league, and I believe even made an All-Star team. Averaged 18-9-3-1-1 as a rookie, too.

Well not college but in high school, Kendrick Perkins averaged 28 points, 16 rebs, and 8 blocks per game....

While other schools also had examples, it seems as if several former Duke stars' games weren't able to translate to the NBA.
