    Consider the following

    interest earned
    real estate prices increase
    investment returns
    off shore bank accounts
    joint ventures and partnerships
    sponsoring other programs/projects

You could easily have 20million 10 years ago and from that make 200million now.

Very hard for an athlete to become a billionaire. Taxes eat a big chunk of an athlete's earnings so even if he earns $50 million a year for 20 years (which he won't because he will earn much less as he grows older), he won't even come close to a billion dollars. Probably less than half a billion.

Only way for an athlete to become a billionaire is to own a business or businesses. Magic Johnson owns several businesses for many years and is not yet a billionaire.

Easily? Not by a long shot. If you've earned $500 million you're starting with $250millon after taxes/agents/managers etc but it would be difficult, not "easy" to increase your wealth tenfold in 10 years. That's not easy. In a low risk investment you could expect it to double maybe every 7-10 years. Increasing it by 10 in 10 years you would have to be investing in very high risk investments. Off shore bank accounts aren't an investment, they are simply a way to hide money and avoid taxes. They however, have become more and more scrutinized and accessible each year since 9/11.

hard to famtham for us , blowing $50 mil , and calling it backrub'see

But some athlete's are clueless to value.
As so many about living in the getto , the bottom line , is that they can hire attorneys and investors and make a ton of money on money.

    Example Junior Bridgeman.
He realized he wanted his money to work for him/ so he went back to school , learned the fast food business.
Now his company owns over 200 cafes, which include 160 wendy's.

He currently is talking with Bucks owner Kohl to buy the Bucks, or part of them.

Bron as I stated before will follow Majic Johnson, but will be the first pro athlete to become a billionaire. (trust me it will happen)
He doesn't need 25m a year to play bball , he needs a team to help make rings that equate into that billion dollars.

I reiterate, there is a massive difference between earning a billion and being a billionaire. LeBron will not get there.
