NBA All-star
Cousins or Wall
One came into the draft hyped and the clear #1 pick while the other was just an afterthought.
Today, 5 years later. Who is better?

Cousins, wouldn't say Wall was an afterthought though, he was pretty highly regarded coming out of UK.

Good college starter
Re: Cousins or Wall
Wall. He probably isn't the best player between the 2, but he has his head in the right place.

Re: Cousins or Wall
I love Wall but Cousins is just too good imo. Dude is a top 5 talent in the NBA and in any legit franchise would be completely destroying the league.
I want nothing more than Boston to find a way to get him. Brad Stevens would have Cousins competing for best in the world status.

Re: Cousins or Wall
Cousins is a better player, but Wall is right there.
Wall is the definition of a guy worth more than his stats. Does everything out there, and is far more than just an 18/10 guy like his stats suggest.

Who the heck was an after thought? There were debates on who would be better the whole year and leading up to the draft. Wall was drafted first because of personality issues with Cousins and that alone.

Yeah, I think you may be right about this. I agree about Wall being a more trustworthy guy to have in your locker-room, but the talent/impact gap might be too big for this one. Give me Cousins. Wall isn't good enough to justify taking him just because he isn't a headcase.

Re: Cousins or Wall
Has Cousins not have so many question marks around his attitude, he could've gone #1, and definitely over Derrick Favors or Evan Turner.
