Default I forgot how talented Chris Bosh was when featured

A mobile 6'11 with a smooth jumper...hopefully he can be cleared of his condition and get back to playing. The league needs the Bostrich back for 16-17!

Was never the same once Wade-Ball marginalized him

Kind of how Lebron marginalized Kevin Love, a 26/13 player? Or it could be, ya know, that they became 3rd options. That makes too much sense though.

Bosh has always been a uniquely talented player. Mobile, athletic, as sweet a midrange a jumper as any big in history, and a vastly underrated defender. His health issues have been really unfortunate. If he is able to play he can still be a 20+/8 guy for a few more years.

    Shaq, Bosh, Dragic, Deng

Many players instantly became worse once they played with Wade

Meanwhile the only player you can pinpoint on LeBron is Love

Shaq finished 2nd in MVP voting in 2005. Probably should have won. Won a title in 2006. After that he was in serious decline. Luol Deng revitalized his career in Miami and earned a huge contract. Dragic you could argue, but that had more to do with Wade and Dragic both being primary ball handlers. They were never a great fit in terms of both being able to maximize their strengths.

Does anyone remember Bosh leading the Heat into San Antonio with the other 2 resting and winning there? I think it was in 2013. He might have hit the game winner.

He also hit a game-winner at Portland earlier in the season when Lebron was out. In the games in which one or both of Lebron and Wade were out, Bosh usually stepped up and played well.

People forget how good he was at getting to the FT line as well. He's always looked at as a soft jumpshooter, but he attacked the rim quite a bit in Toronto.

He was always a good player, just not a first option type of player.
