might be even harder to create that map for northern states.... you can only estimate the illegals. it's not like everyone documents their entry.
but in the south by the border, we'll just assume by the plain eye test that they win by a landslide in this field.

I hear North Dakota is always trying to get ppl to move there with easier living than most places. Nobody really wants to live in North Dakota, but I hear they pay nicely and I'm sure you won't find any $1800 1-bedroom apartments there like here in NYC

They are moving to cheap and low populated states. That's why you guys are shocked they would live in the Dakotas and even mid-northwest.

The "Excludes Mexico" note is inconspicuous and misleading, dare I say intentionally. It's not very well-placed and looks like it's only being applied to Florida.

actually, during the oil boom, in places like williston, north dakota, housing prices were off the charts. huge influx of workers and not much housing supply. guys had to sleep in their cars or trailers. sure that has died off a bit by now. there were some guys in that industry on this board.
