Do you know of anyone whose had Gastric Bypass surgery and.....
......actually looks normal? Every individual I've come across looks disproportionate or emaciated. I have yet so see someone (in person or tv) who doesn't look like he/she had toxic waste poured on their body. I get that with the exception of the most extreme medically necessary cases, most of these people are just plain lazy to exercise and stick to a healthier diet and would rather take the short cut to being smaller.
Is it even possible for a person's body to look normal after having this type of procedure?

I think the point is more that it's impossible for a person to look normal after they've been grotesquely obese. Your skin stretches, your body structure changes. You can become thin, but you've done damage that can't be reversed.
