Do you not watch or follow sports media at all?
Hell, they don't even compare him to Kobe or Duncan, they go straight for Jordan. Had Jordan jumped around from favorable situation to favorable situation and finished just 2 for 5 in the finals with the GOAT choking performance to his name, then yeah, his career would be a huge disappointment relative to what it turned out to be.

Kobe asked to be traded in 2007, your thread fails
Duncan had 10 years of a stacked team, Kobe had 12 years of a stacked team
Jordan had 8 years of a stacked team
LeBron had 2 years of a stacked team (2011-2013)
If lebron had the same years with a stacked team you would make sense
you = fail

We saw all of those guys go through adversity and rough stretches with their teams yet they never jumped ship and all still ended up with 5+ rings.
Jordan had it rough as hell fighting through the Celtics and then Pistons before his team got over the hump. He even quit to play baseball for a year while in his prime.
Kobe had to play with that notoriously bad lineup of Smush Parker and Kwame Brown for what, 2 years? Why didn't he just jump ship to an easier situation?
Duncan's team up until these past 2 seasons were looking rough and even Duncan didn't look as good as he does now. They got eliminated in the first round a few years ago even.
Yet all of these guys still ended up with 5+ rings for the same franchise.
Meanwhile LeBron is literally disregarding any sort of loyalty and jumping ship to whichever situation is easiest to win a championship along with playing in the weakest conference of the modern era. I just don't see how his career can't be seen as a complete and utter failure if he doesn't end it with at least 5 rings.
LeBron is the best ever thus far, and far far into the future. Championships don't determine you're greatness. Look at Kerr he sucks

Agreed, championships alone don't determine greatness, but its how you go about doing it that gets you remembered with the greats. AKA your legacy.
And right now LeBron is going to be remembered as a 2 for 5 journeyman who put on the GOAT choking display on the biggest stage and then ditched his team, 4 years after he did the exact same thing to Cleveland...

3 years. 2 of them his peak years.

Lebron is a great player, but not nearly as good as the guys you mentioned, OP. The media and fans are perpetuating a lie to create buzz.
