Why doesn't all NBA players have a body like LeBron?

Ibaka is there, but imagine how much better players like Melo (he looks kinda fat), Durant (toothpick) could be if they put in the same amount of effort in the gym and kitchen like LeBron. They could definitely upgrade certain aspects of their game.

Wrong. LeBron is one of the best players in the NBA, if not the best, and his body type/muscular frame has a lot to do with that.

I was watching some highlights of his from back in 08-10 cavs era and man his athleticism was just absurd...he's still probably the most athletic player in the league but in that time frame he was at some goat level athleticism

Sometimes it's like watching Ben Wallace being blessed with guard/wing skills.

And the fact that he did not suffer any serious injury so far in his career.

Yeah LeBron is like the perfect storm of work ethic and maxed out physical attributes. The crazy thing is we'll probably see someone better within the next 5-10 years.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that his basketball skill and IQ have more to do with that.
