Default How many players was Durant holding back?

    w/o Durant:

    Harden: League MVP (or #2)
Westbrook: 30 pt triple double machine
    Reggie Jackson: Triple double machine
    Martin: 20 PPG player now
Perkins: Double double per 36 on the Cavs

How much help did this guy have?

Honestly, 2012 Thunder were the most talented team that year. They were just poorly coached and played a bad brand of basketball in contrast to Miami.

It's very difficult to win a title with iso ball, no matter how talented you are.

Not many. Okc was first seed with only durant and a e ightth seed with only westbrook. Durant is better.

Exposed. Makes sense too, OP is doing nothing but trolling lately. I remember when all he would do is copy shit from reddit, but now he is making terrible threads over and over, doubt he got these from reddit.

1.OkC never finished 1st with only Durant
2.OKC are 36-20 this season when Westbrook plays....% that's good enough for 4th place.

Agreed. Dude's argument for Kobe being better than Jordan is "Jordan never scored 81"

Well seeing as Durant averaged 35/8/7 on 65 TS% without Westbrook and Harden last year, it seems like everyone on OKC is being held back by each other individually. The only difference is that OKC was murking everyone last year with only Durant. But he's the best player in the league when healthy, so that's to be expected.

And also, people can play it off all they want, but these kinds of threads were flooding the boards THREE GAMES into the season. I couldn't imagine if Wade or Bosh was a top 2 MVP candidate now, LeBron would be getting crucified on here

Uh..if LeBron were injured for almost the entire 2011 season, Wade probably WOULD have won league MVP. Wade is well past his prime at this point and injured all the time, Westbrook is entering his prime. Bosh was never an MVP capable player, people were just trolling about his MVP odds.

Last season Okc were 37-9 when Westbrook played....and 22-14 when he didn't.
