man. scary shit. what scared me the most was when i thought she came back and started going in on the EXACT same dialogue like she was on some f*cked up loop. Turned out the video just starts over around the 3:15 mark and I'll be able to sleep at night. Sucks that those people live in an apartment building where shit like that can be taken so casually. Kids running around and shit. Is that confirmed crack or might she just be crazy and off her meds or something? Either way, yikes.
