You're right. The only teams to repeat were the Lakers (00-02 and 09-10) Heat (12-13) and Warriors. And out of that, yes only Kobe repeated twice.

In fact, I believe if you go back further, the only All-stars to have repeated twice (since Russell) would have been Rodman and Pippen
