He's not. Stalkerforlife is a known retard (read troll) on these boards.

Jeremy Lin beat you
Re: Lin is quietly dominating the league...
If he was on a team where he could have the ball for the majority of time (not with Kobe, Harden, Melo etc..) he'd easily average 20/8.

This... there were multiple threads created after his 0 point stinker (although he only took 3 shots and the game was a blowout so he sat). Here's the flipside.

Yes, and average is better than garbage or "terrible" or any other negative adjective that people have used to describe him on this board...

I would like to just see consistency from him. When he is playing with confidence, he is solid. However, he has a tendency to be tentative whrn things are not going well and that hurts a already depleted and talentless team. As a pg, he is careless with the ball at times and he does not have elite ball handling skills. His strength is his penetration but he turns the ball over doing so at times. He takes a back seat to kobe and does not assert himself when kobe is in.
He is best fit as a spark off the bench leading the 2nd unit where he has the ability to dominate the ball. He does not play well without the ball. I know I've listed a bunch of negatives, I do think he has game. When his drive and kick is on, he changes the flow of the offense. He has a decent midrange game and has elusive speed. He has a knack for finding guys in the air and can create problems for opposing defenses. However, There are just a # of things he does wrong that makes me believe he is not a starter on a great team
