I'd say 2. He wouldn't have a player like Shaq hindering his development as a superstar. Fact is, it must have been quite challenging for Kobe to overcome the abuse he took as a very young man from Shaq. Shaq was bigger, stronger, and in his prime. Kobe eventually had enough and shipped his ass out, understandably.
I say 2 because he's just too great to not win titles.

Because he was "allegedly" so great at those ages. Always see that Nick van Exel and Eddie Jones kept him from starting and showcasing his skills.
He said he "just wanted to play basketball."
He would have started his rookie year and beyond if he would have let NJ draft him. Surely would have been NJ's best player, correct? Surely he would have won at least one championship for NJ, correct?

Would the Nets surround him with the most stacked front court in the league? If they do he MIGHT win one. If no Kobe demands a trade after year 3.

you must think Kobe is the GOAT if you're expecting him to lead teams to championships as a teenager..
everybody has called you out on this agenda driven thread and has said Kobe would at least win a couple rings
don't know what more you're trying to prove..
that Kobe wouldn't have been able to lead his team to the championship as a teenager.. okkkayyy...

You're delusional
Cal wanted to draft Kobe but Kobe's camp adamantly told NJ that he wouldn't sign with them.

Re: If Kobe would have let the Nets draft him and he played there for 7 years
Kobe won back to back titles with jordan farmar and sasha vujacic as his 3rd and 4th best team mates. with his 2nd best team mate never making an allstar game. and his #1 team mate never winning a playoff game in his life without kobe. the 2009 and 2010 lakers had ZEEEEEEERO NBA hall of fame players after KOBE... 90% of the guys dropped out of the nba not more than a few years later.
kobe can win a title with even the most average supporting cast.
give him the absolute worst center in the nba
give him the absolute worst point guard in the nba
give him the absolute worst small forward in the nba
and give him the absolute worst bench in the nba
and he takes those guys plus lamar odom to the nba playoffs in the west
kobe is hella f*ckin underrated on ISH.. tired of this sh*t

You're asking how many rings would kobe win his the first 3 years with those rosters..
Kobe would turn 20 at the end of the 3rd year..
You are knocking teenage Kobe for hypothetically not leading Kendall Gill to championships...
This thread confirms you as an idiot
