    Assuming this thread is about Kobe (almost every post is ignored), he was injured for 25+ games that year. If you blame him, you're a mindless idiot.

    Kareem is another one, and i think kobe missed 16 games not 25+

    Kareem in '76 actually won the MVP in doing so. Also missed in '75 but that's because he missed games (35-30 with him, 3-14 without him).

    Wilt in '63 which was actually the highest PER season of all-time. Was on pace in doing so again in '65 (10-28 record) but he was traded.

    Oscar like 3 or 4 times.

    Bran in '05. Yes he started his prime.

    Hakeem in '92 because he missed games (40-30 with him, 2-10 without him).

    Barkley missed the playoffs in 1992.
