Its partly because of the high octane offense / low expectations on defense system the Rockets had last couple seasons. it brought out the best in Parson. now he's in a system where he has to be more complete player and his flat shot and average defense will be more noticeable. So whenever Ariza is hitting on offense, its just icing on the cake.
