I remember him being Pistons coach and taking us to two 50+ win seasons. I liked him as a coach but at the time, he wasn't as developed and Larry Brown was available. He's developed a lot as a coach since then. He was a good coach for us but he's gotten so much better since then.

Happy for him to win a ring, and it's hard to believe that this was 11 years ago when he was named head coach.
