His speed, strength and jumping ability, which is what made him a great player. His Cam Newton like body language proves he's no leader and cant thrive during adversity. He needed Pat Riley, Wade, Bosh, and the Heat organization to coddle him. 1 Ray Allen missed 3 away from having 2 iconic Finals choke jobs and being 1-4 in the Finals. Athletic SF who was one tough sob and extremely physical, a very good finisher, smart, skilled in the post, good touch around the basket, not what you call a good shooter but could knock down some J's. Was a good defensive player and a pretty good rebounder, especially grabbing them offensive boards...
Had some injuries still at a considerably young age that gradually took away his athleticism and more though, and with that, his impact as an overall player (which is always a shame). Still managed to have a decent career, had to retire too early also.
