First and foremost, I'd like to call upon the small legion of absolute MORONS that applauded his hiring and chastised me for criticizing the move, his outdated defensive schemes (ICE!) failed to catch on and his archaic offense was never going to work in the modern NBA and it was obvious that his stubborn approach wouldn't allow him to adapt and change his strategy to fit the roster he had adopted (which is why he pushed for the panic trade to acquire Butler, which is something he had in mind before pursuing the job, the only reason he was interested in it to begin with).

This dude is concentrated garbage behind the clipboard, burning out young stars on multiple occasions because he lacks the aptitude necessary to develop youthful talent and his roster management is so unimanginitive THAT he can't figure out a plan B when plan A isn't working, (MORE MINUTES!)/

He's unable to coexist with young players, treating them like slaves doesn't create chemistry in the locker room and he refuses to open up his personality to make an effort to bond with guys, he destroyed the morale of the team and it was clear once the Butler drama erupted how poor he is at handling human relations, a complete and utter embarassment

Not to mention he did very little to address the teams biggest weakness, three point shooting, until his hand was forced and the Wolves scored Covington, who is already injured from overuse, and the team is still in the bottom third in that category statistically, I don't know what his approach was going into this season, more of the same wasn't working and the owner finally wisened up to it.

Now if we can only get Derrick Rose tf out of here next, empty stats garbage, team plays better without him, he's a joke.
