Saw something puzzling on CNN's front page. A latino guy at a Trump rally screaming "Send her back!"
Doesn't really fit their narrative

Gotta love how so many dipshit conservatives are vehemently opposed to increased taxes (especially increased taxes on the wealthy) while simultaneously giving zero fucks about workers rights and unions...

This. The Republicans lost big time in the Reagan midterms and then he was re-elected by one of the largest margins in history.

My goodness, ilhan Omar and AOC would have to be two of the biggest retards on earth
Only in America would shit for brains like those get elected
Trump is doing a horrible job, and I am saying that as a conservative. The problem is, he and past presidents have all done a horrible job for so long that it feels normal, average, and even decent to some now.

Why were wealth taxes tried and scrapped in the same countries you worship for having universal healthcare?
Why are the taxes so heavy on lower income individuals in said countries as well?
Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Finland and Luxembourg all did this and ended it. Scandinavia though!

I said "increased taxes on the wealthy", not "wealth tax".
If the taxes are so heavy on lower income Scandanavians as you claim, why do those countries have the lowest poverty rates on the planet? Approximately 20% of Americans currently live in poverty, while countries like Denmark and Finland are around 5%. Also, you do realize that all those Scandanavian countries you listed have the highest tax rates on the planet for high income individuals, right?
In addition to the lowest rates of poverty on the planet, those scandanavian countries have the lowest levels of income inequality on the planet. The US has the 3rd highest income inequality in the world, behind only Mexico and Chile.
Anyway to get back on topic, why are you so vehemently opposed to the government taking any of your income, while simultaneously not giving a fuck about your employer withholding the lions share of your economic output?

along with providing excellent educational and healthcare systems for their citizens...
Nanners sharing important knowledge and asking important questions.
If some of us looked into those questions we might be surprised at the results and learn a few things at the same time.
