Amare Stoudemire (knees) and Kenyon Martin (ankle) aren't expected to play in back-to-back games this year, according to Mike Woodson.
K-Mart said he's ready to play on opening night, and Amare may be cleared to scrimmage this week, but both guys will be season-long injury risks. "I think [Martin] and Amare both have got to be managed to the point where they can't play back-to-back games and three, four games in five or six nights," Woodson said. With both big men expected to have playing-time limits, there are copious reasons to avoid them in drafts.
