Default Yahoo Fantasy NBA trade rules

I'm going to start a new league (we've been playing 10 years) with my friends and wanted to get ISH's input on what some good rules are for trades to keep it fair (not so lopsided it affects the entire league):

    1. No trades in the first 3 weeks of the season (read #2).

    2. For non-rookie players being traded their cumulative O-ranks must be within 30 of each other for both 30 day and per season averages.
*For trades involving rookie players it can be 50 rank differences max.

    3. For non equal # of player trades, must either be 3 for 2 or 2 for 1

    4. Season/playoffs ends March 22nd (cuz many teams sit stars toward the end of the actual NBA season).

The gamble is part of the fun of fantasy leagues, for both bolded items.
