Magic lose 8 in row. Glen Davis out for season
The Bucks finish their stretch of four games in five nights with a must-win situation against the Orlando Magic on Saturday night.
Orlando has lost eight in a row and is depleted after suffering a rash of injuries. The latest occurred in its 97-84 loss in Boston on Friday as point guard Jameer Nelson suffered a bruised left forearm.
Magic coach Jacque Vaughn confirmed before the game that the injury would keep Nelson out of the lineup against the Bucks and E'Twaun Moore would start in Nelson's place.
Another new starter for the Magic is rookie power forward Andrew Nicholson, who stepped into the lineup Friday to replace Glen "Big Baby" Davis. The Magic lost Davis on Wednesday in New York when he fractured his left foot. Davis underwent surgery on Friday and could miss the rest of the season.
The Magic also is without leading scorer Arron Afflalo, who will miss his fourth consecutive game with a strained left calf.
