I think it is very obvious now just how much Donovan has accomplished. He has succeeded in making all his players lose their bad habits, Westbrook now passes into the post, Durant now plays defense, Waiters now makes good decisions, Adams hits ft's, Roberson moves off ball.

And most important, there is now a clear TEAM and TEAMMATE effect. OKC finally look like a real group who is willing to fight for each other.

If you go back one year and look at the 'my turn, your turn' it is very obvious, it is like how Heat managed to find a concept.

It really shouldn't be that hard, but this is a coach selected by the owner and management, not the players, a coach with management backing, which is something most coaches don't have these days.
