Predict Kobe's stats and Lakers record for next season.
22/4/4 on 41% shooting
35-47

Re: Predict Kobe's stats and Lakers record for next season.
I say 22/7/4 on 48% shooting, 30 minutes a game.
Kobe will play mainly as his alter-ego Assist-be this year but will still have atleast 2 50 point games.

Very good NBA starter
Re: Predict Kobe's stats and Lakers record for next season.
He won't average 20ppg on anything above 39% shooting, I can guarantee that.
I say he puts up 15-17 ppg and has a couple of 30 point or maybe even a 40 point game with everyone losing their damn minds, meanwhile the reality will be he will be a shell of his former self...
The Lakers will miss the playoffs, again.

NBA sixth man of the year
Re: Predict Kobe's stats and Lakers record for next season.
i dont care to guess season stats, but i can tell you this much. he'll come out game 1 looking to score (probably to prove something to himself), but it wont be long until he accepts that playmaker role hes had the past couple seasons. He'll have a better team around him, with capable scorers, which will keep him in that mentality of playing a team game.
That alone will help his FG% more than people want to believe. There's a good chance he operates out of the post/high post a lot, looking for cutters or skip passes, and getting a lot of 1v1 coverage because of it.
it's a given that health is the biggest factor in any lakers success. We'll see how that old man body holds up. Ideally, id like him to play 27-30 minutes a game, sitting out of games as much as he needs. but has kobe ever been that guy?

I highly doubt that Kobe is going to take any time off; after all he did deny substitutions in 2013, that's just his mindset. Hopefully he doesn't play too many minutes because his body won't be able to take it

I just hope he plays no more than 32 MPG; his body can't take more than that.
I say 14 PPG, 7 APG, 3 RPG on a decent 46% in about 31 minutes.

This is Kobe Bryant. He would still lead the Lakers in field goal attempts per game.
21 ppg on 39 FG%.

18-20 ppg on 47%-ish shooting. He'll be good in stretches, and look pitiful in others unfortunately.
