Meanwhile this is what THE USUAL SUSPECT did at age 35 for Game 1 to 7.
31, 41, 30, 28, 29, 35, 28
thats 31.7 ppg ave for toughest series in post-retirement era!
I'd say PLAYER OF THE SERIES easily!

Pippen met Jackson at half court to disrupt the pacers sets. closer to the basket he played a floater role of briefly leaving his man to double team.

And MJ didn't do any of that? besides chasing Miller all game, switching on Mullin, taking on Best, Jalen and even banging inside? along with also helping trap, double, get steals, blocks, rotate to cover others etc.etc.?

Jordan took most of the bulls shots so ofcourse he scored most of their points. Credit should to defence & rebounding for victory in series where Jordan shot poorly.

Of course he didn't. Because guarding their best offensive player, helping out on others, getting steals and blocks, roaming as much as possible isn't as much of an impact. Matter of fact, Mj's impact on defense was nowhere near that of Pip's. Pip won the MVP for that series because leadership, scoring, and all the other shit aren't important.
F*ck the stats:
MJ: 31 pts FG.467% 3p .400% FT .811% RBD 5.7 AST 4.1 STL 1.7 BLK 0.4
PIP: 16 PTS FG .392% 3P .200% FT .585% RBD 7.7 AST 5.3 STL 2.1 BLK 1.1
CLEARLY Pip deserved the MVP!!
I know what you're gonna say "Pip's DEFENSE won the game!!!"
since MJ was just standing on the corner all game long, not switching on other players such as Mullin, McKey, Jackson, Rose, Best, or helping out with Smits with traps etc.etc. nawww he just camped out there, had no impact and the numbers prove that:
GAME 1 DRtg:
MJ: 82
PIP: 81
GAME 2 DRtg:
MJ: 107
PIP: 101
GAME 3:
MJ: 133
PIP: 125
GAME 4:
MJ: 129
PIP: 123
GAME 5:
MJ: 96
PIP: 94
GAME 6:
MJ: 118
PIP: 114
GAME 7:
MJ: 110
PIP: 99
Fckin MJ lazy ass, Pip was CLEARLY hands down the most impactful defender.

Do you think there's a reason why MJ shot most of the Bulls' shots?
I agree, it was a defensive battle on in which MJ took no part in.
But since the games were so close, don't you think that missed fts, missed 3pt shots kinda hurt them? not a tiny bit at all?
Nawwww
MJ was too lazy standing there chucking it up not playing any defense or doing much of anything else.

I definitely have to agree with the series against Indiana...I remember the first 2 games when Indiana got down 0-2...Bulls were getting HEAVY home cooking..Pippen was allowed to basically molest Mark Jackson all the way up the court. After that the home cooking really came into full effect in the 4th quarter of game 7, just like it did in game 6 against LA in the 2000 Finals...

These guys are so full of it.
I'm not even a Jordan stan.
BUT
Game 4, Miller literally runs into jordan PLUS he chest shoves jordan with both hands hard & curls & hits a game winner!
That was a clear offensive call as a daylight
& IND got their best HOME COOKING by refs.
Jordan did not bait refs, no flopping just gets back in the play & goes after reggie game winner!

Not that the dude you quoted said that btw, just an argument people try to say to try to diminish MJ.
MJ did everything Pip did while having to carry the offensive load and all the pressure. People confuse him for Kobe for some reason.

Bullshit. Jordan didn't do this. That's Pippen expending the energy to ballhawk Mark Jackson fullcourt to waste time on the shot clock. And look what happens when Jackson can't see over Pippen and has to throw cross court passes. Easy steal for Ron Harper and a layup. Pippen then blocks Smits to prevent a high percentage shot. Then cuts Jackson off when trying to fast break. Then gets another steal on Smits and gives it up to Jordan for the dunk. Those are called easy buckets and it was Pippen's defense causing that shit. Dude went 1-9 for 4 points but he dominated the hell out of that game (and Game 2) with his defense alone. That's why stats don't say everything and no perimeter player caused as much havoc on defense as Pippen did. He was doing the same shit in the Finals against the Jazz and disrupting their offense as well. And that was Pippen past his prime and banged up.
Prime Pippen was even better...
Some of the best defense of his career here...
