I made a post about an interview Bron had where he had the same thing, saying it could be a swollen lymph node. Was laughed at but a few months later Bron commented on it saying he had a biopsy on it to confirm it wasn't cancer.
That to me looks like a swollen lymph node; I had one myself out of the blue and it's scary as **** because it could imply some serious problems. Hope Jimmer's isn't anything serious.

I can't help but think this dude is gonna be Ammo v2. From the clips I've seen his release is wwwaaayyyy to slow for the NBA

This is the NBA. I don't think this guy is going to be that good. I'm not hating but unless he can make plays like Nash he isn't going to beast like he did in college.

If you cut off the top half of his head, he's the white version of Dwyane Wade.

ya he's got the d-wade jaw, but he's strong. he did 14 reps of 180 at the draft combine. to fuel your guy's fire: he was absolutely terrible in the Kings open practice. Look at the dude's face in the highlights. It's like he was about to cry. He turned the ball over A LOT. He just looked so wrong playing PG that in the 3rd scrimmage, the coach put in Isaiah Thomas (60th pick) to do his job. Isaiah was amazing at PG and torched Jimmer all game.

It was so ugly and so unlike what you saw at BYU, watching him play PG in the Kings open practice. When he tried to involve his team mates, he looked so unsure. If he didn't outright turn the ball over, the pass was bad anyway. When he tried to play score-first, it looked like he disconnected with the rest of his team (you can see this in his "highlights". There's no ball movement. There's just chucking.). It was dreadful and unnatural basketball...
That said, this was just one game and I still have faith in Jimmer's PG ability. He showed it at BYU. I actually watched him play.

The next Adam Morrison. At best he becomes a JJ Redick type of player.
Not hating' but the dude is overrated.

You have to wonder if ISH posters would be as quick to dismiss him if he were a darker skin color.

He's had that for such a long time though, that's just a well developed jaw. Maurice Jones Drew is another example of a person with the same type of jaw.

I think he will be a J.J. Redick type. Instead of disappearing off the NBA map, I think he will contribute as a good scorer and as a sometimes deadly three point shooter. The problem that remains is the same as Reddick, will he be able to guard anyone? At this point I doubt it but I still think he'll be able to make a contribution.

Jimmer Fredette will be starting in the Kings preseason game tomorrow (sat. dec 17th) since FOUR of Sacramento's starters are out with injuries. (DeMarcus Cousins, Tyreke Evans, John Salmons and Chuck Hayes.)
So if you want to see if he really is a bust, tune in.
