and Kobe was EZLY the best in 09' and 10'...even in 08' he was the best player of the Finals...

Kobe = best allaround player in the NBA ...est. 2001

    and that's 100% fact..

    next

Your judgment fails. Kobe played awfull in the most important game of his life just like Lebron did. Only Kobe blamed it on wanting it TOO much.

Well KOB , maybe next time just want it less and then maybe you put up 67 points

    Triple double?

That game is debatable I suppose but I thought Gasol was better due to his all around game and defense.

Gasol had much better All-Around Production that game and imo was just more impactful/valuable to the team.
However Kobe did score more and was more efficient.

Hard one.. and close but I chose Gasol and I still keep my opinion the same.

Gasil shot 6/16 with 7/13 from the ft line. How is that keeping the Lakers in the game? Yes, he grabbed 18 rebounds, but Kobe added 15 (4 off) of his own, and he made all of the clutch free throws too.

I thought Artest was actually the best player out of the three that day. But overall, it was Kobe >>>>> Gasol in that series.

I ama so glad that there's an ignore list, and 32dayz is on it. I encourage the rest of you to add him to your ignore list. It's clear as daylight that he's a troll, and one of the trolls that I can't stand on this forum.

Of course, everybody should know that 32dayz=Heat007. No wonder he's on my ignore list.

Funny how everyone forgets Artest's G7.

He was the one keeping LA in the game. He finished it with that big 3 aswell.
Shows you the guy didn't even watch the series.

Gasol Sha* all over Kobe in Game 7.

You really think 6/24 is = to 6/16??? wow..

There is no debate who was the best player in that game or who had the better game between him and Kobrick.

Gasol also scored 5 Points, had 3 rebounds and a huge Block on Paul Pierce in the Final 3 minutes single handedly winning the game and series for LA and preventing Boston from tying the game or taking the lead while Kobe was watching in awe and sh**** his pants.

    Kobe didn't play "awful"....

His shot was off point...he still played great nearly everywhere else on the floor except at finishing his shot.

and in crunchtime he made huge shots and rebounded in traffic...

and the Lakers WON the most important game of his life...

    Lebron played awful and lost.....again

to the winner goes the spoils.....duh.

However, as an NBA fan as much as I appreciate Kobe, I just cannot get past his awfull game 7 performance and him being bailed by Gasol.

Gasol keeping them in the game, grabbing every offensive rebound he can get. He even had like 2 game breaking offensive rebounds in the clutch giving the Lakers a chance to come back in the game and seal the deal.

I am not looking for no flame.

But I remember Kobe comment on his game 7 performance where he said "Sometimes you want to win so badly that things don't go your way ""

If Lebron said that he would have been called a choker. Because Kobe said that, he must be the GOD and he wanted to win TOO damn much that's why he played bad.

Either way, he was the finals MVP but not by a big margin
What about where there was 6 minutes left with the game tied at 64 where Kobe did nearly EVERYTHING for the Lakers to get them a go-ahead 6 point lead that they would never lose?

5:56 64-64 Kobe Bryant defensive rebound
5:56 64-65 Kobe Bryant makes free throw 1 of 2
5:56 64-66 Kobe Bryant makes free throw 2 of 2
5:35 64-66 Kobe Bryant defensive rebound
5:22 64-68 Kobe Bryant makes 17-foot two point shot
5:00 64-68 Kobe Bryant defensive rebound
4:37 64-69 Pau Gasol makes free throw 1 of 2
4:37 64-70 Pau Gasol makes free throw 2 of 2
4:16 64-70 Kobe Bryant defensive rebound

Not to mention Gasol missed like 5 FTs in the 4th quarter.

    Fixed.
    You pathetic Kobe Stan.
    GTFO

Gasol had the much better game and the much better 4th Quarter.
    He was 10x more Clutch.

Both scored 9-10 points in the 4th but Gasol did the majority of his Damage in the Final 3 Minutes when Kobe went silent.

I know. That retard only looks at the box score and argues that Gasol was the best player in that game
