It is premature. I don't think it is connected much to LeBron. It has more to do with OKC losing in the West every year outside of 12'. Will they be able to get past the Spurs, Clippers to even reach the Finals--and maybe meet LeBron's team? LeBron's odds of winning a ring next year, absent a Love trade, are lower this year than at any point since 2008. The Spurs may show signs of aging next year, LeBron is on an inexperienced team, Rose may be rusty, Indiana has been eliminated from the 15' running. OKC should be the favorite given these circumstances and because they arguably have the second best and third best players in the league along with a dominant interior defender at PF (we saw how bad OKC looked without Ibaka).
