Re: Where do you stand on Kobe's rape allegation?
I don't believe kobe raped, or has the need to rape any women. He slept with the wrong groupie that decided to make a money grab. That's my stance on the Kobe rape allegation.

Not speaking from the Kobe perspective, I'm speaking on the male perspective in defense of Kobe.
Girls are opportunistic. Especially the ones who would put themselves into a situation.

Tyson did it. The way he talked about women, also had 'problems' with his coaches daughter or niece when he was a kid.

As guilty as Mike Tyson, and I'll leave it at that. Only difference is Kobe is fake as shizz.

it doesnt matter if its brutal rape or accidental. the same classification is used for all forms
what was defined by the statement of kate faber was "they had consensual sex. she agreed to have it. they were in the middle of it and she had a injury wanted to stop because of it. ( she needed stitches to fix it ) so kobe while bending her over kept going and finished. she didnt fight against him. she just said "no" "stop" and kept taking his manhood
after they finished she left. bragged about it at a party. and it was found out she had semen stains from 3 other men on her underwear.
so in the end. we can see where kobes coming from. because anyone whos had bum sex will testify that a woman feels some pain and does say "omg no" at times. a man usually keeps going
but under the definition of law. it is rape if the women asks to stop and you dont pull out right away
so by definition. kobe did rape her. but they settled out of court and he is not a convicted rapist. only accused.
Complete bullsh!t, the truth is that he hit it and then told her afterwards that he didn't want to continue seeing her so she got mad.
It's not rape, it's remorse after the fact.
Nasty slut had sex with someone else before and after Kobe.....right before going to the hospital....anyone who believes anything the skank says is an idiot.

History tends to out this stuff, Kobe much like Woody Allen and Michael Jackson were most likely innocent. Rape and child molestation are pathological things that don't likely just once. If were to go by odds
Woody Allen 100%
Kobe 90%
Ben Roethlisberger 90%
Michael Jackson 80%
Mike Tyson 60%
Bill Clinton 60%
Donald Trump 5%
Bill Cosby 0%

Re: Where do you stand on Kobe's rape allegation?
probably half of women have had experiences that fall into this grey area of consensual vs rape
there is a grey area.
girls don't always speak up and guys aren't mind-readers.... submissiveness is often mistook for consent and/or desire
I think that's what happened here.. Kobe wanted to stick it in her ass, and she was hesitant and didn't say yay or nay.. so kobe went ahead... found out later that he raped her and read her mind wrong.
