Nothing wrong with that, look at Shved's body language, he's clearly not feeling all that great, so Rubio's trying to lift his spirit a bit. It's not that Shved isn't taking the game seriously enough (like maybe Dwight) but if he's playing with a low attitude or moral he won't be able to play at the level he can.
