I would agree with you for my part. Maybe its just my exposure. Most of my crowd of diehards think everything should sound like Creeping Death. Its annoying and anytime I try to defend Load/Reload stuff, I get grief.

If you combine Metallica's Load and Reload records into one 13-track record (which I have done), its f*cking amazing.

Load is awesome period. Reload...not so much, aside from a few songs (Fixxxer, Carpe Diem Baby, Where the Wild Things Are).

Here are some gems that piss some people off:

Money and standard of living equate to happiness, generally speaking.

Males of all races should be forced to have visectomies shortly after birth, they can choose to have it reversed when they are ready to have children. The world would be a much better place.

The black market's existence is a good thing. Drug dealers generally live short violent lives or end up in prison. Very rarely to they retire happy people. That's how it should be, i wish the big wigs at tobacco companies had to live that lifestyle.
