A timeout should've been called so D'antoni can ask wtf is up with these turnovers.

This was probably my most hated thing about D'antoni coaching us, he didn't know when to call timeouts. So many times teams would go on a 8-0 or whatever run against us and he didn't call a time out till it blew out to 18-4 or something stupid like that and it put us right out of so many games.
