The true Rajon Rondo has been revealed

I feel bad for whatever team gives Rondo a max deal. He's an average NBA point guard, and is worth 8-10m tops.

Pg who can't shoot 3s or FTs, and has no elite-level offensive skill unless he can dominate the ball possession after possession to rack up assists. His fate was sealed in the 1st quarter when he got an eight second call bringing the ball up (he wasn't being pressured, just casually strolling up the court!!!!) and to top it off, right after the call--on the inbound--he left Terry unguarded and let him hit a wide-open 3. Five point swing. Words can't capture how retarded that sequence was. The 8 second violation was stupid but it was unreal how he just left Terry open right after, considering: (1) Terry was the inbound passer and Rondo was right in front him when the play started, (2) It wasn't like Terry ran all over the court, he pretty much just slid over and hit the 3 from the same area of the court from where he inbounded, and (3) Rondo moved AWAY from him, it was his movement--not so much Terry's--that created that shot.

To top off his night, he flopped and slid 10+feet on the court to give Harden a wide open shot from the FT/ top of the key area. He also got a retarded technical cuz he was trying to get under Harden's skin and kicked the ball when Harden went down to pick it up during a dead ball.

Keep in mind, he did all of this playing 10 minutes for the entire game.
...And he still has the audacity to act like pissy, moody teenage girl when coaches don't bend over backwards to "hand him the keys to the offense".

Can't wait to see him get a max-deal from the Lakers/Knicks :)

spot on, that trade was rubbish and probably cost Mavs about 5-6 games in the regular season, as they had such good flow and chemistry with their team...

I can't see them getting the past the rockets unless Dirk and Monta turn it on.....

if Rondo plays like that again with no heart, just bench him for the remainder of the PO games, he isn't coming back to Mavs anyway...

Rondo was only good on the Cs because he had 3 HOF shooters to pass to. They also helped space the floor, allowing him to drive in and get his during playoff games. I knew he wouldn't be able to pull that shit when the big 3 left, I knew he would go back to being a scrub, and guess what, I was right. He is a defensive role player, that's it.

We better not try to sign this scrub in LA. He's not worth max money, not even 10 million a year. Maybe 8 million a year to be the 8th man backup PG defensive specialist, but that's it.
