There are tons of Hall of Famers without a First team selection.

Nate Thurmond comes to mind, but him having to battle Kareem, Wilt and Russell there is an exception made for him. He has no second teams either.

Jame Worthy has none, Robert Parsih none I don't think. Sam Jones, Hal Greer, Dave DeBusschere, Baily Howell, Joe Dumars, ect.

thanks there are about 6-8 centers of the early 70s era who are in the hall...exceptional amount of players of the same position and roughly same era


Thurmond, in my opinion, is in the ben wallace rodman mold where they largely made/will make the hall because of defense
