Any father can sue for custody, and in this case, it's clear he's much better off than the woman (he can use those Facebook posts as incriminating evidence of her character) and get visitation or partial custody. Which means his payments would drop.

The custody goes to her mother even if you can prove she is unfit to raise a child(drug addiction, criminal arrests, etc)

In the small likelihood the grandmother offers the same living environment, then the father would get awarded custody.

The custody almost always goes to the mother regardless of if you're married or not.. Being married has nothing to do with it. If you have DNA tests stating that you are a child's father, you can negotiate to have your kid for some amount of time each week or month or whatever.
