I don't understand how that wasn't a travel. Harris took a couple steps, flung it up and failed, caught it IN MID AIR, launches it and gets the prayer....wtf?

I don't think it was a travel, I do think it was a pretty long 1.8 seconds however. But it's never easy to judge those kind of plays.
