Default Re: Top 5 Quarterbacks

The point is you would disagree with that, citing that the TEAM has not won a superbowl & that Brady can't play defense, can't catch the ball, etc, etc.

You say people keep track of wins and loses for quarterback and for good reason - well their isn't a good reason to pin point one player in a 52 man roster and a very high number of coaches as the reason teams win or lose.

They're the biggest part in a sport that features 52 players on an active roster and a sport where coaching absolutely matters a lot....in other words not a big enough part to keep track of wins and loses and superbowls.

The "point" is useless. Saying "Tom Brady is more or less responsible for his team not winning a superbowl in almost ten years" is just trolling spin. Saying "Brady hasn't lead his team to a SB win in almost a decade" is relevant if we're arguing whether or not he's the greatest QB of all time. We are not. We are comparing him to Tony Romo. Very few QBs would be able to keep their team afloat without their top 5 targets from last season. Tony Romo is not one of them. Which QB in the league today would trade their weapons in for the guys Brady has been working with? As both a player and a leader on the field the list of guys in NFL history you take over Brady is short. Romo is not on it.

Matt Ryan needs a bounce back year next year. Like Rivers.

I'll take Nick Foles over any QB in the league that isn't one of the top 4(brady,rodgers,manning,brees).
