What he did in 2004 is absurd. He was horrific, he was horrendous, he was terrible, he was godawful, he was blasphemous. Just so, so bad. The Lakers could have easily won that series, but one man only decided they wouldn’t by chucking until death. Kobe let the last great Shaq game go to waste by shooting 8/25, which included to made heaves, meaning he could easily have been 6/25. Shaq had 36/20 and was dominating Ben Wallace, who looked like a midget. Anytime Shaq got the ball the Lakers scored. Rick Fox was flat out done in 2004, but made a much more positive impact because he got the ball to Shaq. Still, if Malone doesn’t go down, the Lakers might win that series and it would’ve been the most embarrassing championship for a borderline top 15 player. Kobe sabotaged the Lakers and was solely responsible for a series loss.

2006 losing to a Amareless Suns team in the 1st round and quitting in game 7 was legacy destroying and why I don't have him top 10

04 was pretty bad as well, it was almost like he was deliberately making the Lakers lose with all them bricks he was hoisting up
