nothing has ever been stopping the spurs from paying duncan his true worth all these years.. they do it and tim accepts it cause they like rigging the deck and having a bench thats comparable to most starting lineups..

if kobe 6-7 years ago started taking 7 million to rig titles. nobody would have given him credit for them

its not about selling out arenas. The lakers have huge television deals and other things (merchandising etc) that allow them to spend lux tax money.
