About the OP:

Nice to see no props or dramatic effect entrances in those clips like the NBA got stuck doing for a long time. Just simple straight to the point dunks.

Would be better if both the NBA and the other leagues stopped putting judging tables and stuff on the court as part of the show - I liked the empty court look from the early dunk contests but I suppose most don't or they wouldn't go that route. At the end of the day the dunk contest seems to be a spectacle for kids anyways so I guess it doesn't matter
